Cake:
Add yourself: 160 g butter plus extra for greasing, 10 g lemon zest, 4 eggs, cake tin.
Preheat the oven to 175°C and grease the cake tin. Put butter and lemon zest in a bowl and mix until well aerated. Add the eggs one by one. Then add 450 g cake mix and mix well until a smooth batter without lumps forms. Pour the batter into the cake tin, place it in the oven, and bake the cake for about 60 minutes until golden brown. The cake is ready when a toothpick comes out clean and dry.
Cupcakes:
Add yourself: 10 g vanilla sugar, 50 g water, 4 eggs, 130 g sunflower oil, optionally lemon zest, cupcake liners.
Preheat the oven to 175°C. Put 450 grams of mix in a bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Mix until a smooth batter forms. Fill the cupcake liners up to 2/3, place them in the oven, and bake the cupcakes for about 15 minutes until golden brown. The cupcakes are ready when a toothpick comes out clean and dry.
