With this Gluten-free Oat bread Mix from Lisa's Choice, you can bake the most delicious bread right at home. It contains a generous 44% of oats, making it a very fiber-rich bread.

Ingredients

OAT flour* 22%, OAT flakes* 22%, tapioca flour*, rice flour*, cornstarch*, potato starch*, teff flour*, thickening agent: guar gum*, EGG white powder*, salt.

Preparation

Add yourself: yeast (15 grams dry yeast or 45 grams fresh yeast), 350 grams lukewarm water, 50 ml sunflower or olive oil, and 1 egg (you can optionally replace the egg by adding a little more water). Also needed: baking tin with a capacity of 1000 ml, lined with parchment paper.

Preparation: Dissolve yeast in a bit of lukewarm water. Preheat the oven to 30-40°C. Place 450 grams of brown bread mix in a bowl and add the dissolved yeast and the rest of the lukewarm water. Mix for about 3 minutes. While kneading/mixing, add the oil and the egg. Place the dough in the baking tin and let it rise in the oven at 30-40°C. Then increase the oven temperature to 180°C and bake the bread for about 40 minutes.
