Oatmeal Bread
Made with our very own Lisa's Choice Rolled Oats, you will love them!
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Baking time: 20 minutes
Ingredients
100 grams of Lisa's Choice Rolled Oats
100 grams of thick yogurt or quark
2 (organic) eggs
Salt and pepper
Sesame seeds
Optional: herbs such as oregano, rosemary, basil
Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC (356ºF).
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Grind the oats into flour using a food processor.
3. Whisk together the oat flour, yogurt, and eggs. Season with salt, pepper, and optional herbs according to your taste.
4. Gently pour the batter onto the parchment-lined baking sheet in rounds. Sprinkle a bit of sesame seeds over the rounds. Bake for about 20 minutes, checking regularly to see if the rolls are cooked.
5. Top the rolls with lettuce, tomato, hummus, or avocado spread, along with grilled vegetables if desired.
