This bread roll is super healthy as it's packed with proteins, minerals, and vitamins. It's also rich in fiber, which keeps you feeling satisfied for longer. Great when you're short on time for breakfast or as a snack. The roll is made using Lisa's Choice oat bran. Oat bran is the edible outer layer of the oat grain. It's also the healthiest part of the oat grain since it contains the highest amount of fiber, vitamins, and minerals.
